I have to say that I found Vanessa’s approach to her work very refreshing. I identified a property I was interested in and she was really quick to respond and to help me. I was impressed by how professional and efficient she was in setting up a viewing for me very quickly and her communications could not be faulted. She was knowledgeable about the cottage and the area and more than happy to help in any way that she could.
