• £250.00 Letting/Marketing Fee
• £30 Charge if a property is withdrawn when interested applicants have started the application process.

 

Fully Managed

• £250.00 Letting/Marketing Fee
• 7.5% of the monthly rent management fee for a single property, 5%, for portfolio properties
• £30 Charge if a property is withdrawn when interested applicants have started the application process.

 

Tenants Fees – VAT Exempt

There are no fees chargeable to Tenant’s

Deposits

1 weeks rent will be required as a holding deposit at the start of an application, this is transferable as part of the main deposit on a successful application.

The holding deposit is fully refundable should a landlord withdraw the property from the market prior to the start of tenancy.

The holding fee is non-refundable should a tenant provide misleading information resulting in a failed application or if they withdraw their application.

The total deposit requested for any property is the equivalent to 5 weeks rent.

Rents

All rents are payable a month in advance.
